There is an external elevator in the Library (communicating the ground floor and other floors), additionally inside the building, there are two elevators and, on each floor, appropriately adapted toilets. Tables for individual work for readers with physical disabilities are located in the Information Services Department, the Main Reading Room and the Catalogues Room.
A KUE student with a disability degree certificate has the right to:
- priority service,
- borrowing a maximum of 10 books for the period of 2 months,
- proxy borrowing - they have the right to designate one person authorized to borrow books on their behalf, this person must be appointed for a period of at least one year.
